Do you take commercial stucco work in Etobicoke?
Yes. We do facades for storefronts, plazas and low-rise buildings. Elevations are staged so the building keeps operating, and street-level finishes are chosen for impact and cleaning. The price is fixed in writing after we walk the building.
My Kingsway home has original hard-coat stucco. Can it be repaired?
Yes. Cement hard-coat is harder and more brittle than acrylic, so it needs a cementitious repair mortar and a compatible finish, not an acrylic patch. We sample the texture on site before any material goes on the wall.
Does being close to the lake really affect stucco?
Yes. South Etobicoke gets more wind-driven rain and more freeze-thaw cycles than inland streets, because the lake holds winter temperatures near zero. Flashing, sealants and joints there need heavier detailing.
How quickly can you get to Etobicoke?
