The Toronto building at a glance
What the photo shows
A tan facade divided by scored joints, stacked rows of windows with wall vents below them, and an arched window in the end gable.
We quote the same work on these building types across the GTA:
- Storefronts
- Strip plazas
- Low-rise offices
- Multi-unit residential
Text a photo of your wall to (905) 973-6470 with the address and number of storeys, and we book the site visit.
What commercial facade work costs
Our published GTA ranges. A commercial wall is priced from a condition survey, with repairs and recoat area as separate lines. Cost calculator
Two zones on every commercial wall
The street-level band and the upper facade wear out for different reasons, so we specify and schedule them separately.
Carts, bikes, vehicles and road salt hit this band. It gets high-impact mesh under the base coat and a finish that can be scrubbed; impact repairs are often done overnight.
Water gets in at failed sealant joints around windows and panels. We reach it from a swing stage or a lift and renew the joints before the finish is recoated.
We complete one elevation before starting the next, so entrances stay usable and businesses keep trading.
