A properly installed modern system lasts 30 to 50 years. Failures almost always come from missing mesh, no drainage detailing or rigid joints, so we document every layer and warranty the system, not just the finish.
Can stucco go over siding or brick?
Over brick, yes: EIFS overcladding fastens insulation through the brick and builds the new system on top. Vinyl or wood siding must come off first so we can check and prepare the sheathing.
What maintenance does a stucco house need?
Rinse the walls once a year, keep sprinklers off them and inspect the sealant joints around year ten.
Do you warranty residential work?
Yes. Every project gets a written workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's material warranty on the system components, and both are spelled out in the quote before work starts.
