Yes — send plans and elevations and we return an itemized quote with system spec, square footage, detailing allowances and a schedule estimate. Site verification happens at framing; the price holds unless the drawings change.

What energy code requirements does EIFS satisfy?

EIFS provides continuous exterior insulation, which is the most direct way to meet modern effective-R-value requirements without thickening interior walls. We spec insulation thickness to your energy model and provide the documentation your building department expects.

How do you coordinate with other exterior trades?

We sequence around windows, roofing, and masonry: stone and brick go first, our system follows with detailed junctions, and eavestrough mounts after finish. One site meeting at framing stage usually settles the whole exterior sequence.

Can you do a sample panel before we commit to a finish?

Yes — for custom builds we prepare mock-up panels of shortlisted colours and textures on site, viewed in real light against the actual stone or trim. Ten minutes at a mock-up prevents years of second-guessing a facade.

What happens at PDI if there’s a deficiency?

We attend or respond to pre-delivery inspection items on our scope and correct them before closing — documented, photographed, signed off. Builders keep using us because exterior deficiencies don’t land on their closing table.

Acrylic and EIFS finish coats need about 5°C held day and night; cement stucco needs the overnight low above 0°C.

Can you start before the windows are in?

No. The roof and windows go in first, so we can finish each return to the frame and keep rain off the new coats.

Can EIFS insulation meet our energy model?

Yes. EIFS adds continuous insulation outside the sheathing, and we set the board thickness to your energy model.

Our shell closes in December. What happens?

We measure, quote and book over the winter. The finish coat waits until overnight lows stay above freezing, usually from April.
