Why homeowners hire us for stucco repair and restoration

The owner, Musa Kastrati, quotes every job himself and works on the wall with the crew, after 25+ years in stucco and EIFS. Every quote is free, fixed and in writing, after we have seen the walls.

Six questions to ask any stucco contractor, and our answers

Put the same questions to everyone who quotes your wall, then compare the answers.

1Who will actually do the work?Musa, who quotes your job, is on site running it. No salesperson hands you over to a crew you have not met.
2Are you insured and WSIB covered?Yes, both. Ask us for the certificates before work starts and we send them.
3Is the quoted price the final price?Yes. If we open a wall and find something unexpected, you get a call and decide before any extra cost.
4Will you tell me if I do not need the work?Yes. Many hairline cracks are cosmetic, and if yours are, we say so and quote nothing.
5What if something fails after you leave? Our work carries a workmanship guarantee, and we only work within about an hour of Oakville, so coming back is a short drive.
6Do you publish your prices?Yes. Our ranges are below and in the cost calculator, before you ever call.

Three walls you can check before you call

All projects
Two-storey house with smooth off-white stucco, a stone-clad entry tower and wood-tone panels
Repair & restoration · Mississauga

Damaged stucco cut back to sound material, then matched

We fix whatever let the water in, such as a missing flashing or a failed sill joint, before new mesh and base coat go on. The finish is tinted and textured to the existing wall and tested where it will not show.

Stone installation · Burlington

Stone veneer with the drainage and flashing behind it

How stone looks in fifteen years depends on what sits behind it. The junctions where stone meets other materials are where most stone work fails, so we detail them first.

Acrylic stucco · Oakville

A tinted acrylic finish on an Oakville home

The colour runs through the acrylic finish instead of sitting on top like paint. Walls finished this way keep their tone for 20–30 years without repainting.

Do you work outside the GTA?
No. We cover Halton, Peel, Toronto and York Region, roughly a one-hour radius of Oakville. If you are elsewhere in Ontario, we will tell you we are the wrong contractor.
Are your Google reviews filtered?
No. The two critical reviews are still on our Google profile, and we have never asked Google to remove a review. Our reviews page reprints the positive ones word for word.
Which systems do you work on?
Traditional cement stucco, acrylic and full EIFS, plus stone veneer, parging, caulking and roofline work. On a repair, that lets us identify which system is behind the finish before deciding how to fix it.
