Do I need a permit for stucco work in Oakville?
Repairing or refinishing an existing exterior normally needs no building permit. On a designated property or inside one of the Town of Oakville’s heritage conservation districts, replacing cladding needs a heritage permit under section 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act first.
How soon can you come out?
